Wouldn't it be better if your Message-On-Hold sounded like a real person rather than that impersonal "radio voice" you hear every time you're put on hold? Most have long periods of music between the spoken message. That's fine if you expect customers to wait ten minutes or so. If it's an average of thirty seconds or less, shouldn't they be getting more message? A Message-On-Hold is really a commercial. Listen to my demo and hear the difference: Mike Holmes Message-On-Hold DemoI have a pleasing, sincere, "everyman" voice. I take on a style just right for your message. The idea is to sound real, not radio- or commercial-ish. Customers identify with "real" people, not announcer voices. I do several style variations of my natural voice and many character voices.
